We are delighted to share that Little Greene is the official paint sponsor of Manchester Museum, which has been reopened to the public following an impressive renovation in partnership with designers, The Artistry House. From calming neutrals to bolder hues, Little Greene shades appear in the Main Entrance, Picnic Area and Shop as well as many galleries, bringing joy and colour to the historic building.

Manchester Museum worked with designers, The Artistry House, to create an inspiring environment for visitors as they explore the galleries. They selected calming neutrals and tranquil blues like Aquamarine and Portland Stone, which contrast with deep, sumptuous shades such as Lamp Black and Cordoba to complement the historic setting. Nether Red and Goblin are used throughout several spaces to create a sense of continuous flow, while strong shades like Marine Blue and Bronze Red effectively set the tone for the galleries.

“We’re incredibly grateful to Little Greene for being our official paint sponsor. This project is about so much more than collections and objects – it’s about creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone belongs, and design is integral to that. We’re also committed to building a more sustainable world and it’s essential that we work with suppliers whose values align with ours.”
