Little Greene

Artist & Curator Jessica Owen used Little Greene shades to transform both the exterior and interior of her Cheshire based studio and gallery.

Why did you choose Little Greene for your gallery?

"I approached Little Greene with the idea of being a partner as it falls onto the galleries values of keeping it local. I've been a fan of the paint since using it in my home, ‘Obsidian Green’ boldly adorns the whole of my big kitchen-diner extension."

Please could you tell us about your experience with the paint?

"Light Bronze Green grabbed my attention for the gallery. I took it all the way through to the signage and the warm earthiness gives it a classical feel. Totally timeless, and that is crucial, trends come and go but quality sticks. I was dreading painting such a strong colour over white but 2 coats and its was perfection!"

Middle Buff acts as a fun juxtaposition to the space. A small gallery such as Northern Scapes must be memorable, strong colour has the power to do that.”

Jessica shared, “Little Greene is my go-to. I’ve even used it in my paintings, the pigment, depth and coverage are bang on!”
