What Little Greene colours do you currently have in your home?

I have Obsidian Green on the feature panelling in the lounge and the remaining three walls are in Re:mix Castell Pink. I also have Basalt on my master bedroom walls with Attic II on the ceiling.

Why did you decide to use our upcycled paint, Re:mix?

I love the concept of Re:mix, such a brilliant idea as we strive towards change as a population. There's something very satisfying about creating something new out of spare, unwanted material, whilst helping the planet at the same time!

How would you describe your interior style?

I would say I am a maximalist, most certainly colourful with a splash of retro/old glamour. Castell Pink complemented my lounge project perfectly, but it can go with so many styles and themes, it's really quite a versatile colour.

We love your contemporary take on the classic green and pink pairing in your living room. How did you decide on this colour combination?

It was actually inspo from Instagram, then I fell down a green and pink rabbit hole on Pinterest, and here we are!

What is your favourite thing about your living room? Can you tell us more about how you achieved this restful yet vibrant scheme?

I'm obsessed with the panelling. It's a new build home and lots of people tell me regularly that panelling doesn't belong in a new build home, but I disagree. I love the way it adds texture and the pink sofa pops so well against the Obsidian Green colour. I also love the patterned Emma Shipley footstool – it's such a talking point!

What are some of your best home design tips?

Do what makes you happy. Lots of people will tell you what you should and shouldn't do when it comes to interiors, but you have to remember it's not about them. It's your space, your sanctuary, your home. Interiors are about creativity and expression; they are also an extension of who you are. And it's something I'll always embrace. Not everyone is going to love what you do, but as long as you love the space you've created, nothing else matters. Also, always budget your project and don't be afraid to create a mood board and stick it to the wall of that room for a while, so you can get a feel for the light and the colour schemes.
